With over thirty years in military, enterprise, and academic roles, I approach instructional design with clarity and precision. At Cognizant, I lead UX strategy for the TriZetto Healthcare Platform, and as an instructor at Cornell University and 2U | edX, I bridge theory and practice through real-world learning.
